Our automatic backup service runs once a week on a random day, and each run overwrites any previous backups. Only one week of backups are kept at a time.

Customers are responsible for their own backups and web content and should make their own backups for extra protection. For additional information, please refer to our Terms of Service. |
| Backup Limits As stated in our Terms of Service (under "Backups and Data Loss"), any cPanel account using more than 4 GB of disk space will not be included in our weekly backups, and any using 20 GB of disk space will be removed from our off-site weekly backups, with the exception that databases will continue to be backed up.
